Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept credit card payments only.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All payments are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel, you may reschedule your reservation one time for dates of equal value, subject to availability, provided you notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Exception
If we are able to rebook your accommodation for the same dates, we will gladly issue a full refund (less any applicable payment processing fees), or, at your choice, apply the full value of your reservation toward a future stay.

Rescheduled Reservations
Any rescheduled reservation must be used during the current season or the following season.

3. State of Emergency
If Jackpine Lake Wilderness Resort is forced to cancel your reservation due to a government-declared state of emergency, such as a forest fire evacuation or mandatory closure, you will receive a 100% refund.
