Welcome to Whiskey Ridge, our newly renovated lakeside cabin in the mountains! Spend a few days or a few weeks and unwind in our wilderness cabin. Our cabin season runs from the May long weekend till November.
About the Whiskey Ridge
The space
Jackpine Lake Wilderness Resort is a family run operation. Our property is about 2.5 acres in size and high mountain elevation. The Whisky Ridge is in the middle of the property with a birds eye view of Jackpine Lake. Surrounding the cabin there are 20 full season RV sites. Each have their own space as does the cabin. Many have been coming for over 15 years. Although we consider ourselves a resort, there are some things to be aware of. Due to our off grid location, some things may not meet your expectations that a typical resort may be able to offer. We have tried to create an exceptional experience rarely found with the camping mindset. Its still camping, with all the feature comforts of home with a high end feel.

1. No inside toilet. 3 clean outhouses close to cabin.
2. Outdoor shower only. Its an amazing experience. Water sensitive.
3. 120 volt power available during scheduled times each day. 2 hours morning – 2 hours late afternoon. Exceptions can be made if needed, within reason. Camp Host will manage for you.
4. Inside lighting all 12 volt on solar.
5. Heating is a wood burning stove. Wood is provided. During spring and fall you will need to manage the fire.
6. Appliances all propane. Propane is provided.
7. Indoor running water. clean water, hot water.
8. No cell service, no internet.
9. 30 min on gravel road. Roads are in great shape for any car.
10. House rules are posted on this platform. Directions (map) will be emailed to you shortly after your booking is confirmed so you never get lost.
